Please be advised that when installing Cumaru decking with hidden deck fasteners, to reduce the risks of movement at the butt joints, at the ends of the boards additional drill and plug top down fixings need to be used. Two at each end of each board 20mm in from both edges.

Our Cumaru timber decking comes untreated and can be left this way if you wish so that the natural colour of the wood will weather to a silver patina. Alternatively, you can treat and finish the decking boards with oil or varnish to maintain the rich red-brown colour – the choice is yours.
